At least returning to work today wasn't quite as painful on the email front.

Mother-in-law has had wireless installed which was a birthday gift [1] last year from her three sons-in-law but only got working recently by my technically skilled brother-in-law. With laptop in hand I could now check email regularly enough to keep the junk under control, but better yet spend Christmas not *just* with relations, but via Facebook with Scrabble playing friends as well! Who said being 'plugged in' was anti-social?
